Pick up your badge starting at 7:00 AM in the City Hall Lobby. Attend GEOINT Foreword (9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, included with Full Conference badges), browse Student Posters, and join the Opening Welcome Reception from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Main Stage Keynotes (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
Each Symposium morning starts on the Main Stage with Opening Session GEOINT in Action vignettes from USGIF leadership followed by keynote addresses and senior executive panels.
Networking Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
Head into the 100,000+ sq ft Exhibit Hall for lunch, live exhibitor demonstrations, Government Pavilion briefings, and peer networking.
Mission Stages, Training & Receptions

Pick Up Your Badge Early in City Hall Lobby
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (plus .gov/.mil ID for government registrants) to the Registration Desk in the City Hall Lobby starting Saturday afternoon (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM) or Sunday morning (7:00 AM).
Attend Monday's First Timer / New Member Reception
Join USGIF leadership, board members, and fellow newcomers on Monday, May 17 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Exhibit Hall for an orientation and structured networking.
Map Your Exhibitor & Stage Targets
With 200+ exhibitors and four stages running inside the Exhibit Hall, use the interactive floor plan to pick 8 to 10 high-priority booths and afternoon Mission Stage sessions each day.
Dress Code & Practical Essentials
Attire is business or business casual for civilian attendees and duty uniform of the day for military personnel. Bring comfortable walking shoes for the 100,000+ sq ft Exhibit Hall and a light layer for air-conditioned session rooms.
