City Hall Lobby Registration Hours
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge at the Registration Desk in the City Hall Lobby at Gaylord Palms. U.S. government and military registrants must register with a .gov or .mil email and present valid government credentials at check-in.

Registration Policies & Assistance
Written cancellation requests received on or before April 9, 2027 are eligible for a refund minus a $100 administrative processing fee. After April 9, 2027, registrations are non-refundable, though badge substitutions from the same organization are permitted.
