100% Booth Balance & Cancellation Cutoff
Full payment for contracted exhibit space is due by January 15, 2027. Cancellations or downsizings received prior to January 15, 2027 are subject to a 50% liquidated damages fee; after January 15, 2027, 100% applies per the Rules & Regulations.
Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit &EAC Forms
The official Freeman Exhibitor Service Manual (shipping labels, advance warehouse dates, electrical, rigging, carpet, furnishings, and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor certificates of insurance) is distributed directly to primary booth contacts.
Exhibitor Housing & Personnel Badges
Register your booth staff and reserve exhibitor room blocks at Gaylord Palms through ConferenceDirect before the April 20, 2027 cutoff. Beware of unauthorized third-party housing poachers.
